The best version of the BOTLUXE PC10 is easy to like. It covers an ordinary pool, climbs the walls, parks within reach, runs long enough, and leaves behind a basket full of debris instead of a cable across the deck.

The buyer cannot know from the listing whether that is the version they will get. The exact owner record also contains half-length cycles, missed fine debris, deep-end stranding, severe balance problems, and a complete no-movement failure in under three months. A visually demonstrated PC10 moved back and forth across a simple above-ground pool, changed direction, and appeared to reach nearly all of the floor, but the video did not establish that its unit was this exact BOTLUXE listing.

The lack of an app is not automatically a defect. It removes account setup, pairing, firmware, and underwater connectivity from an already simple job. BOTLUXE’s public-facing site describes the PC10 and links to the exact Amazon listing, but the supplied site material does not clearly establish a customer-service phone number, detailed warranty terms, repair arrangements, or a replacement-parts program.

Warranty information conflicts across the record. Some regional and secondary materials state two years, but the captured US listing evidence does not establish who provides that coverage, where a claim is filed, whether return freight is included, or whether the battery is covered. One exact owner whose cleaner failed in under three months believed no warranty was available. It would be equally inaccurate to declare that the PC10 definitely has no warranty or to promise a settled two-year US warranty.

The battery question is more consequential. An exact owner reports that the manual describes the battery as nonreplaceable and says the robot must be replaced when the battery wears out.
